This week our team was working on making a Jacket, that will say Newton North but have the famous Greengineering cog on it as well. While it was mostly the nitty gritty (using an existing jacket for measurements and finding materials) we hope to be able to start the jacket prototype by next week.

This week our team un-seamed and gathered enough bags to have enough material to stitch and cut the back of the jacket. Our template is now exact, so the jacket is coming along!

We're sorry about the lack of updates, but we've been very busy!
We finally cut and sewed out first jacket prototype! Below you can see the pattern with the actual back.
We used one of out classmates as a model when it was all done, and we made note of the necessary improvements.
We then went on to make the second, refined prototype- which we carefully measured and stitched.

Definitely still needs some work, but it's coming along!
And also, We've made a Teddy bear!
And a bunny is on the way!
